CLEAR SCOPE. CONFIDENT DECISIONS.

Compare quote PDFs.
Keep the evidence beside them.

Compare supplier quote PDFs with local text extraction and English, Spanish, Portuguese and Traditional Chinese OCR. Review quantities and prices against the original page, then export known costs and unresolved questions.

Text PDFs and scans take different paths

A text PDF can contain words and positions without containing an actual table. QuoteCheck groups simple, stable columns into an editable preview. Scanned pages are rendered and read with a selected English, Spanish, Portuguese or Traditional Chinese OCR engine on your device. Images and complex layouts can still need corrections.

Review before applying

Check quantities, unit prices and line amounts against the original page. Unclassified priced rows, missing values and unprocessed pages remain visible. A partial selection does not establish a complete order cost.

Supported scope

English, Spanish, Portuguese and Traditional Chinese printed quotes, USD/MXN/BRL/TWD/HKD (one currency per task), up to 10 selected PDF pages and five OCR source pages/images per task. Each file can be at most 10 MiB; the task's source budget is 30 MiB. Handwriting, low-quality photographs, encrypted or rotated PDFs and arbitrary bid layouts are unsupported. Mixed text/image pages are marked partial when image content has not been interpreted.

Check the scope after the price

A lower known amount is not necessarily a lower complete cost. Confirm units, kit components, specifications, delivery, installation and tax before treating quotes as equivalent in the supplier quote comparison overview.

How local processing protects quote content · Use a table instead

From quote review to procurement handoff

PDF/OCR extraction does not automatically read commercial terms or contact suppliers. Review the source first, then record a question, a reply or a term manually. Keep original files separately; a JSON backup contains structured records and evidence text, not the original PDF or image.
